Need help before, during, or after a trip? We’re here to help with setup and service troubleshooting.
Questions, answered.
Clear answers before you buy, install, or travel.
Getting started
What is a travel eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM you add to a compatible phone. It gives you mobile data without a physical card or shipping.
Will an eSIM work on my phone?
Your phone needs eSIM support and must be carrier-unlocked. Use our compatibility checker if you are unsure.
Do I keep my normal phone number?
Yes. Most plans are data-only, so you can keep your normal line for calls, texts, and verification codes.
Buying and installing
When will I receive my eSIM?
Your private order page and installation email are sent after successful payment.
When should I install it?
Install before you leave when possible. Turn it on for data when you arrive and enable roaming if required.
Can I use it on more than one device?
No. An eSIM is normally tied to the first device where it is installed. Do not delete it after installation.
When does my eSIM validity start?
Depending on the package, validity can begin on first installation or first connection to a supported network. Open your package’s information card for the exact rule.
Coverage and data
Does it include a local number?
Most travel eSIMs are data-only and do not include calling, SMS, or a local number unless a plan says otherwise.
Will hotspot and 5G work?
It depends on the plan, phone, network, and location. Review package details before purchase.
How does China routing work?
Some plans use roaming routes with an IP exit outside Mainland China. This does not guarantee access to any particular site or app.
What should I do if my eSIM is slow?
Available networks can perform differently in the same area. First check from a stable location, then try another available provider through Network Selection in your phone’s Roamnessa eSIM settings. Open our slow-speed guide for the steps and what to send support if the issue continues.
Orders and support
Can I get a refund?
Claims are considered only for verified technical issues caused by Roamnessa or our eSIM supplier. Submit a request within 7 days. Approved claims are normally issued as Roamnessa credit, limited to the amount paid and up to $15 per affected eSIM, except where law requires otherwise. Read our refund policy.
How do I find my private eSIM page again?
Use secure eSIM recovery with the email used at checkout. We will send replacement private links only to that address.
What if my eSIM does not connect?
Restart your device, select the eSIM for data, and enable data roaming if required. Then submit a support ticket below with your order details and a screenshot.
How do I contact support?
Use the support ticket form below. Do not include a QR code or complete activation string.
