Refund policy

Travel eSIMs are digital, perishable services. Contact us before installing if you made a mistake.

Unused eSIMs

If an eSIM has not been installed, activated, or used, contact us promptly. Eligible unused profiles can generally be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method after review.

Installed or used eSIMs

Installed or used eSIMs are not automatically refundable. If there is a verified provisioning or service issue, we will investigate with the supplier and explain the available resolution.

How to request help

Email hello@roamnessa.com with your order email, destination, device model, and screenshots of any error. Never send your full activation code by email.
