We collect the information needed to operate a travel eSIM purchase: your email address, order and payment status, selected package, support messages, and limited technical records used for fulfillment and fraud prevention. We do not ask you to send QR codes, activation strings, card numbers, or passwords through support.

How we use it

We use this information to process payment, provision eSIMs, send installation and service emails, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the store when you allow optional analytics.

Service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. eSIM fulfillment uses network and eSIM distribution partners. Those providers process only the information needed to provide their services under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We keep order and support records for as long as reasonably needed for service, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Private installation details are protected and are not published in the storefront or admin activity feed.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics in the site banner and choose whether to use the AI support assistant. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable, submit a support ticket and include the email used at checkout. We may retain limited information where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

Operational alerts and AI support

Owner-only operational alerts may be delivered through Pushover. If you choose to use the optional AI support assistant, its configured AI service may process the question you submit. Do not include activation, payment, or other sensitive details in an AI question.
