Travel eSIM service

Roamnessa sells travel eSIM packages described on the package card and at checkout. Coverage, speed, 5G, hotspot availability, network selection, routing, and activation timing can vary by package, device, local network, and location. We do not guarantee continuous service or access to a particular website, app, VPN, stream, voice service, SMS service, or local number.

Your responsibilities

Before purchase, confirm that your device is carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. Follow the installation instructions, keep private installation details confidential, and enable Data Roaming for the travel eSIM when the package requires it. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to resell an eSIM without permission.

Orders, payment, and availability

Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout. A payment may be held for review where fraud or supplier-risk controls require it. We may cancel or decline an order where fulfillment is unavailable, payment is reversed, or a transaction appears fraudulent.

Refunds and credits

Our Refund policy explains how verified technical-issue claims are reviewed and when credit may be issued. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
